“Great location, great service, great price!”

We loved the location, just outside the center of town, walking distance to everything. The rooms were quite nice and roomy, and the service was excellent. The entire staff was very helpful and very nice. They also give great recommendations on where to eat and shop! Would definitely stay here again.

“Would go back in a heartbeat!!!”

We drove around Annecy for about 45 min trying to find this hotel because of the poor directions GoogleMaps provided (should've bought a GPS). So we were very late and very low on gas. Once we finally arrived at the hotel (way after office hours (which close at 10pm)) we were greeted with the most friendly and understanding staff! They went out of their way to help us out and make us feel welcome! Very knowledgable with their local restaurants, parking and surrounding cities. I cant express in words how wonderful it felt to arrive in such a friendly environment after a ridiculous day of flying and driving! Street Parking=nightmare. Find underground parking and stay there. The city is small enough

“Quite a convenient hotel”

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite convenient as well. The room was clean and well maintained. The overall facility was not quite rich but still, the hotel is very good for value.
