This was a very comfortable stay. It was nice to have a Fridg. & full kitchen.
“Great for the money”
The hotel was very attiquite for our stay. We basicly needed a bed and the room was a nice efficiency apartment with a refrigerator and a stove. It's not the Westin but the bed was just as good. I would gladly stay there again for the money it saved.
“Economical hotel for utility lodging”
This is an economical, clean, utility hotel which provides adequate lodging, but with few amenities. Although its tariff was attractive, there is no "Complementary" breakfast; nor even an advertised place to procure food, drinks, either at the hotel or nearby. There was a large refrigerator in the room; but, it is necessary to make a grocery "store-run" just to have personal snacks/beverages handy. There are no "Convenience", or other types of stores withing walking distance.The Guest laundry facilities appear useful for those guests with families, or visiting for more lengthy stays.

We were given a handicaped room which overall gave us the feeling that we were staying in a hospital. Bed was hard and uncomfortable; sheets rough. Asked for extra pillows to be dropped off and were given the impression that there were no extras in the hotel. When we returned from dinner that night, none had been delivered and the desk was closed. Overall the staff were pleasant, but not very helpful.
“Don't stay here”
Although this hotel is in a convenient location, it is a no frills place to stay. Unprofessional front desk help are kids trying to figure out hospitality and aren't succeeding. No-one seems to be watching the front desk and anyone can walk into this hotel in the evening. Rooms are clean, but don't expect anything with your stay at this hotel. I couldn't seem to get a phone in my room, and after 6 hours of complaining, I got one that didn't work. Free coffee in the hotel lobby in the morning, but powdered milk and no stirrers? If you are allergic to animals, don't stay here. There are many guests with dogs staying here. Half of the light bulbs in my room were burnt out and the tv remote batteries were dead too. Unresponsive maintenance staff. No management prescense either, so forget about a refund or other compensation for dissatisfied guests. Also, no brochures or maps of the area on display in the lobby...you are on your own.
