This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

Parking is provided for one vehicle (up to a mid-sized SUV). If your vehicle is larger or additional cars need to park, it may be possible to provide parking at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Great location, comfortable home.

Our two night stay here was excellent. The location was unbeatable for attending an event at USNA, as well as for dining and exploring the streets of downtown Annapolis. Communication with the owner was great, and he was very accommodating with my special requests. We will stay here again for future events.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at John’s home. The location could not have been better. It is centrally located to restaurants, shops, the Naval Academy and St John’s College. The home is extremely clean and John was very responsive and polite. Check in process was very very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We’d love to come back.

Great Location for exploring the Historic District

We loved being right downtown so we could explore all of the shops and restaurants. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses were comfy and it was quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! We really hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location!

Such a great location in the heart of downtown Annapolis. We didn’t get into our car the entire weekend—all the restaurants and shops were a short walk away. The place was clean and spacious, and we especially enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the cute patio outside. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The house was in a great location to be able to walk to the Naval Academy and also walk downtown to enjoy the evenings and places to eat. The house was exactly as described and the host was great to work with. If there is a need for us to go the the Naval Academy in the future, we will certainly stay at this location.

Stay in the heart of Annapolis

If you’re looking to explore the historic downtown or naval academy you can’t get closer! Great spot within walking distance to everything. Loved getting to stroll down to Ego Alley at night. I’d recommend paying for the garage to remove the stress of finding nearby street parking.

Perfect location in Annapolis!

This property was in the perfect spot to see everything in Annapolis by foot! John was easy to communicate with and was extremely easy to work with. The house was clean and just enough room for our family of 5. We also loved the fireplace! We would absolutely rent this property again!

Weekend visit to see our midshipman. The location is directly across the street from gate 1. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very clear on the dimensions on the garage. Our minivan fit in the garage but just barely. Will be staying there again!

**Fantastic Stay! Perfect Location and Great Amenities**

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location was ideal—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Parking was incredibly convenient, a garage in back! Perfect Location, Wonderful House

House is right by Gate 1 of the Naval Academy. I stayed for my reunion and it was wonderful to be able to walk to and from events. The house could not be better. It is a lovely historic Annapolis home with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom rooms are quite spacious with nice linens. The den was great to catch up on some work. The living room is great to have a few friends over to visit. The kitchen is well stocked. The courtyard out back is an oasis. It was perfect for a glass of wine after a long day of reunioning!
