“Very Pleasant Experience--Home Away From Home!”
We like this hotel so much, we will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends. It is the only hotel in the area which has all the attributes we like. The full kitchen is a HUGE selling point with us.

“okay for the price”
The location relative to the venues in Ann Arbor is good. The carpets were not vacuumed well. The pillows were less than adequate. The amenities were otherwise well provided.
“Okay for one night”
Our room was next to the elevator-the worst place in any hotel. Walls were paper thin and even though we were around a corner from the lobby, we heard every conversation from the lobby late night, early morning. Lastly, paint job on cupboards must have been done without masking and it showed.
“Spartan accomodations”
Even though I gave low marks, this hotel works for those who need a place to stay for an extended period of time and who need, for whatever reasons, to prepare at least some of their own meals. But the facilities are spartan; a furnished kitchen has the bare essentials. I bought a few items to make meal preparation feasible - such as a can opener! So if you are prepared to pick up a few items, this might work well for you.

“rock hard beds”
Worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. Very out of date for a hotel in this price range. Air pconditioner couldn't cool off the room even at night. After booking it turns out .the lac.e doesn't have breakfast every day
“Stay Away”
This is a "tired"building. They do not gaurantee room type, so if you need two beds, you may end up with a sleeper sofa that is old. The desk clerk at check in lied about possible room availabilty the next day. This is truely a no-frills place starting with no place to sit if you want to get out of your room. The only thing good about it is its location, but there are many other hotels in the area to choose from. My daughter described it as "skankey". I have stayed at other Extended Stay Hotels like Auburn Hills, MI with a much better experience.
