Living & Entertainment Room
Relax in a beautiful living room designed for large groups, featuring a 55” 4K OLED TV usable via Roku with Apple AirPlay, ChromeCast and Sonos Beam soundbar providing an immersive audio-visual experience. There's also a record player with a few vinyls.

Dining Room
Gather with friends and family around a large oak table capable of seating eight people. A 12-person silverware set accommodates any party-size and type of meal.

Chef's Kitchen
Cook with all the tools needed for a home-made meal. The kitchen features modern appliances; a complete set of pots, pans, and utensils; a Nespresso machine; and a Hydroviv water filtration system.

Half-Bathroom
Enjoy a renovated bathroom, designed with modern touches, that is conveniently located on the main floor near the center of the home.

GB Wi-Fi
Stay connected easily with 1GB/s internet, provided by Xfinity, with Eero 6E Mesh Routers offered throughout the home. QR codes allow access from all rooms.

Temperature Control
Fully control the home's temperature (both heating and air-conditioning) with an Ecobee smart thermostat.

Three Boutique Bedrooms
Enjoy three elegantly designed bedrooms with large windows that overlook the Ann Arbor city skyline and the charming historic streets of the Old West Side neighborhood. Each room features a queen-sized Nectar memory foam mattress outfitted with luxurious 800-thread-count cotton sheets. One of the bedrooms also includes a twin bed, making it a versatile space for families or groups. Another bedroom is equipped with a collapsible crib in addition to the queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests traveling with infants. Each bedroom also features a full closet, complete with an ample supply of clothing hangers, shelving space, and hampers for your convenience.

Fully-Equipped Work Station
Get things done comfortably with adjustable workstations in one of the bedrooms. Perfect for remote work or business travel, each station features a height-adjustable desk, a leather chair, 1GB/s Wi-Fi, and a desktop equipped with multi-port Anker chargers.

Full Bathroom
Enjoy a bathroom renovated with a modern touch. A full bathtub/shower and cabinet come with additional amenities, such as a hair dryer and toiletries.

Privacy & Light Control
Use "day and night" blinds by Levolar in the upstairs bedrooms for privacy and light during the day, and complete darkness for sleeping at night. All windows in the home feature Levolar light filtering privacy blinds.

Private Driveway
Park in a dedicated driveway that fits up to four cars. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Nearly everything in the center of Ann Arbor is walkable from “The Little Big House”. Step outside your house, walk a block, and you're downtown.

Download the Spin App to rent any nearby bike. “The Little Big House” abuts a sprawling network of protected bike lanes that criss-cross the city of Ann Arbor.

Again, download the Spin App to rent any nearby scooter. These are arguably more fun than bikes.

Uber/Lyft
Ann Arbor supports ride share services for fairly reasonable rates. Expect surge pricing on game days, graduation weekend, and art fair week.

Bus
If ride-sharing is unavailable, try the city's public buses. The main bus station is the Blake Transit Center.
