It was my sister's birthday and so I booked a staycation near the venue for the Aurora festival. They told me that the guard that has been with the property for 2 years was really rude to my dad. He was on his phone and wouldn't answer them about a parking question. My sister even overheard him say that since they were the ones who need something, they should be the one to come up to him. He was the security guard! He should attend to the guests who are parking but instead he shouted at them and insisted that my dad was on the wrong. 3 stars for service and staff because the other hotel staff were great. Minus 2 is for the security guard on April 7 at 1am after day 1 of Aurora festival. It was supposed to be a stress-free weekend but the incident ruined the experience.

The luxury room was far beyond what we expected. Very clean, spacious and homey. We wished we could have stayed longer but we need to catch a flight the next morning. I will definitely book un this hotel again.

Staffs are very friendly. Very clean and affordable. Only one complaints are; (1) there were bed bugs but when called the front desk they came and sprayed our beds with Lysol. (2) you can here the fighter jets very loud flying by so are the planes. (3) they need some update to the rooms since it’s all dated. Overall stay for one night with my family, it was good.

Hit and miss
The pictures looked good but I could hear the guests in the next room all night and had to kill a couple very healthy roaches. The bed was comfortable but overall it was a disappointing stay. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it so I have no idea if it was clean.

One night rest for the family
I can say that it was a good overnight stay for my family. The room was clean and linens were smelling good including the beddings and pillows. The food was wonderful. The missing items were slippers, no newspaper which i requested. The hair dryer/blower was defective/not working. No free coffee and sugar, there were three teas but no sugar. Tv set could not be used, no channel.

Comfortable Stay
Hotel is located in a good area, plenty of restaurant options, nightlife, and close to Clark base. It has onsite cafe and massage, both of which are great and the staff is very helpful. The room itself is comfortable, although a little dated it was clean and had a good selection of TV channels.

Christmas Stay at the Prism
Stayed multiple times at the Prism. Really like the staff and fundamentally like the actual hotel which is why I re-booked, despite having a couple of concerns pre-booking. Unfortunately they were realised, so unsure if i will re-book again. Being an international traveler and having traveled around much of the Phillipines. There are two areas the hotel in my humble opinion need to address; 1. Install decent internet connection that has enough bandwidth and is stable enough for an modern hotel catering for international travelers 2. Hire a cook and provide a better breakfast menu in line with similar hotels in Angeles. The menu has not changed in 8yrs and really is not that great They should also adopt a late night noise policy. Really not good enough for guests having to put up with loud conversations and small but noisy get-to-gethers outside their room at 1.00/2.00 am in the morning. I think midnight is acceptable thereafter security need to adopt a noise policy in consideration of other guests

Well first of all, calling this a family friendly hotel is a bit of a stretch. I mean seeing the Korean guys bringing their escorts to and from the hotel and lounging by the pool with them before going for their encounters while my son and I are in the pool kinda shoots that "Family Friendly" label in the foot. But in all honesty this hotel is just outside the real decadent areas so in that sense it is an Oasis. Friendly service, very nice clean rooms. This hotel does try to accomodate. Our room, supposedly non-smoking, greeted us like a punch in the face of cigarette and cigar smoke but the staff quickly gave us another room that was quite pleasing. Great pool and pool area, reasonable food menu with good prices and room service. They did ask if we wanted our room cleaned, I said yes, wasn't done, but they did replace our towels when asked. Note: When I am in a hotel...of course I want my room cleaned, don't ask.If I don't, I'll put out the do not disturb sign. All in all, good value, nice hotel, friendly service, just wouldn't plan any family stays here. lol!

Outstanding stay and will stay again.
Quick and easy check in. Staff members welcome me back from previous stay a few months ago. Staff are very friendly and address me by name. Excellent view from patio to the pool 🏊‍♀️ area. Very friendly driver and clean service vehicle to take me places I needed to go.

Ok hotel in a quiet area
If you can deal with the ants in the room and the less than stellar cleanliness then this is your hotel. Staff were generally polite and courteous. Some moreso than others.

Prism Hotel keeps trying to improve their service.
My visits to Prism hotel keep getting better and better. First time I made a comment about no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The next time, I have Wi-Fi in my, good Wi-Fi connection. Another time I made a comment about having an extra trash bag in the kitchenette area. On my next visit, there was one there.

AVOID! No adult leadership on site = no sleep!
NOT A HOTEL FOR ADULTS. Imagine a hotel WITH NO ON SITE MANAGEMENT! THIS IS MY 3RD REVIEW OF Prism. Aug 2016 5 stars; last week 4 stars, this week two stars. See the photos of the calm pool area. Daytimes yes; NIGHTS NO! 11DEC17 11 PM the pool area was almost set on fire by low height fire works. Americans, Koreans we all fly to balconies SHOCKED by the noise/explosion/flashes. Night crew, all 19-22 yrs old and some young Filipino guests laughing so loud about fireworks (that made windows shake). This hotel has no leadership;sans a 8-9 pm walk-though from possible manager/owner (hard to tell-looks/greets no one)! On 9 DEC17 poolside had chairs and tables pushed together getting drunk till 1 AM, so loud none of poolside rooms slept. So if you are a guest that is rude/slams room doors/shouts across pool all night, mere meters from sleeping(?) guests) then THIS is your dream hotel. Wake up (yes wake up) is 7 AM when poolside speakers/music are turned on. But if you came to relax; and/or sleep DON'T stay at Prism.

Here for work trip, great staff - Room was well sized, ok breakfast included however butter was a hard block and not able to be spread on bread. Shower head was not great and I manually changed the shower system box settings to allow warm water as it was only cold. Room was cleaned every second day, first time it was cleaned the complimentary soap was taken. No coffee in room, has tea bags. Good snacks available from minibar - fantastic priced property though for what it was. Thanks for the stay.

Just got a bit of problem over arranged transpo to pick us up at the airport. We landed earlier than our ETA but waited for almost an hour for our transpo for the reason that the arranged one has to go somewhere for another guest.

Very friendly staff, great view of the pool from my room, nice lounge area next to the pool. Wish lounge area was larger. No Wi-Fi or chargers in the rooms.
