"My family and I, arrived late. With communication we arrange check-in. As soon as we arrived, we felt ad home and fell in love with the charm and views. It was perfect for the entire family traveling for the first time to this area. The stores are conveniently located. Overall, grea experience and recommend anyone to stay. "We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Microtel. The room was very nice and I loved the raised sink and bar area in the "living room" area. We have stayed at other Microtels in the past and our golden retriever has always loved lying on the window seat so I was thrilled to see that this room had one as well. I really appreciate being able to open the windows instead of using the air conditioning. We appreciated the toiletries in the shower and bathroom. The staff was very nice (except for 1 little incident with the man who checked us in, he told me that my card hadn't gone through and argued with me when I told him that I had proof on my bank statement. Clearly he was wrong because he handed me the keys anyways). The breakfast options were very nice, hubby really enjoyed the french toast and Ilike the egg and sausage croissant and we even gave our pup one of the omelets. There truly were so many great options offered and the breakfast area was always neat and clean and well stocked. I love that there was an area for us to take our pup to use the bathroom and also that there were so many restaurant options all around us that we could even walk to. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Microtel has become our very favorite place to stay and we are already looking forward to returning in the fall. Highly recommend this place."
