"Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!"

"We had the best time at this house. It was beautiful. Walter was the best. He came right away on any request we had. I highly recommend staying here. I think our family wants to make an annual thing. We had over 40 people stay and everyone slept comfortably. Our ages range from 2 to 74. Everyone had the best time."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hirox. Joshua kept in contact well before our arrival in order to pre-heat the residence, which was a very lovely and personable touch. You can tell that Joshua really cares for this property and for the guests that stay in it. The pictures were quite accurate, including the beautiful views from the balcony! The kitchen was stocked with spices and basics like olive oil, which made cooking meals so much easier for us. The bedrooms were very much as advertised...

"This was a return winter visit for our family. We love this property with its walking trails and other outside amenities. Plus the house is large enough for our family of ten to not get in each others hair. The kitchen is great and well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans as we cook dinner as a family every night. We explored some towns this time and enjoyed the area. And of course, I need to include, that gem of a ski mountain, Belleayre. just down the street.. Other than wanting more...

"We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. But overall incredible, beautiful home that I would definitely stay in again!"

"This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. Lastly, the property manager (Walter) was great to engage with; very friendly, available, and responsive."

"We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"The rooms were so well thought out and each unique in its own way. With each rooms coming with lovely robes and slippers. And the complimentary soaps were delightful. To the grad and go breakfast bags put together. But the must impressive part of my stay was the incredible staff. Mostly ran by one wonderful woman who made it her mission to be most gracious and hospitable to myself and my family. I will be awaiting my next visit to the Roxbury motel. "
