Property Amenities

The Locanda del Fiordo hotel is located near the Fiord of Furore, a few kilometres from Amalfi and Positano, set in-between descending cliffs, above domineering waves, directly upon the sea. It is one of the few hotels with a magnificent view and owns a private cliff that can be reached by a few small steps. The hotel is made up of individual villas that are built on the rock. The theme of each pleasantly furnished room is based upon their surroundings. Each equipped with private bathroom, a breath-taking view of the sea, balcony and access to the private solarium with jacuzzi, that is directly facing the sea. The solarium is a place where calm and relaxing moments can be spent, and where each guest has access to sun-beds, large umbrella’s and bar service.

“Perfect for us”

This quiet and romantic villa was just what we were looking for. Off the beaten path but bus stop is literally at villa entrance. Restaurant on site is amazing as well as several more withing walking distance. Owner, Luigi goes out of his way to accomadate any and all needs. The view is spectacular as it looks over the sea with brilliant blue waters beneath you. Bus tickets as well as private transport is available. Positano and Amalfi are just a few minutes bus ride away if you are interested in nightlife or other activities. As with many Italian accomodations, bathrooms are small but adequate. The bed is extremely firm and room is relatively small but very clean. We would highly recommend!
