The Shankly Hotel
4.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1001)
"Stayed here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. The room was smaller than expected but suited our needs. The jacuzzi bath was relaxing, the only negative was the bathroom has sensor lighting so you cannot relax fully as the glare of the ceiling light hits you with no way to turn it off. As soon as we checked in we had constant noise outside our door, big groups arriving and knocking on eachothers doors and being loud in the hallway. This wasnt too bad until it reached around midnight...

Tune Hotel Liverpool

7.4 out of 10, Good, (1001)
"Its very budget basic and could be doing with a paint, no kettle in room, but can get hot drinks from reception and there is a greggs right next door. There isnt an iron in the room but the hotel said there is an ironing room that guests can have access to 24/7. We just took our own travel iron. There is a hairdryer in the room but no plugs near the mirror so bit difficult when styling hair, straightners etc, but not exactly a major issue. The room its self was absolutely fine for our weekend...
