She provided us great tips on restaurants and they can help you book any tours. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and many tourists attractions including the Colosseum. "This is an older quaint hotel but very clean, has AC, very large hot breakfast (optional), walking distance 15-20 mins to all the main attractions. Five min walk to the shopping district. Many restaurants walking distance. Small room but large bathroom, very nice sheets and towels, and very nice toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Has a mini bar and snacks but no coffee/tea in the room which is the first time I see this in a 4 star hotel. Would be easy to put a kettle and tea / instant coffee...

"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"
