"Great hotel near the vatican"
This hotel was perfect for a sightseeing trip in Rome. The location is wonderful, very close to the Vatican area but in a quiet more residential area with great restaurants within a couple blocks. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, as were all of the staff. They helped us with booking tours, and offered guidance on restaurants, and cafés. We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

"Very nice hotel 10 mins away from the Vatican"
Nice period cage lift in entrance lobby. Nice size room. Bed was very comfortable. Room service breakfast everyday. Staff very friendly and amenable. Angelo and the young guy very friendly and helpful abt wht to see and how to get abt Rome. Tv and fridge in room. Mini bar prices reasonable. En-suite bathroom shower/jacuzzi!! Fresh and modern. 10 mins away from The Vatican. Via octaviano was quite lively. Lots of little market stalls, looked liked like one of main shopping streets- but not too busy or noisey and plenty of place to eat on our door step. One place actually made me something just for me because of my vegan diet!! Tht was awesome of them!! I just wish I could remember the bistros name!! Lovely hotel, friendly staff, near to everything u would want to be tourist!! Planning to return to Rome in the next few years- would definitely stay here again!! ;o)

"Great value for money"
A cheerful, clean place to stay. The location is close to the Vatican and a 25 min walk to other key attractions. The hotel itself is in an authentic older style building. The bathrooms are new, there is air conditioning and the rooms were clean and colourful. The hotel staff were always happy to help and recommended some great restaurants nearby!

"Great hotel, 2 min from the Vatican!"
Very close to the Vatican and some of the best places to eat in Rome. Conveniently located on a major road. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. With a nice terrace restaurant to have breakfast and dinner.

Comfortable, well located hotel. Within a couple of miles of all the attractions in the Vatican area and easy access to the rest of Rome (on foot or by public transport). Good, safe neighborhood and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

"Diamond In The Ruff"
The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. We had a standard double. My wife and I thought this was the best hotel room we have every stayed in, the standard double was like a mini suite and the double was a king bed. It was like staying at your own Italian Villa.

"Pleasant Hotel, friendly staff, good location"
My fiancé and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English. The room was very nice. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, with nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't ground braking, but all we needed. It is located nicely for exploring the city while not being in the middle of everything. 10 or so minute walk to St. Peters etc. 20 mins to pantheon area and metro stop 1-2 min walk to get across to coliseum area.

Away from the madding crowd, but close enough to the Vatican, a ten minute walk.

"great location!"
The location was outstanding, and the service is amazing. The problem was the room(s) themselves. The bathroom looked new but cheaply renovated with a terrible shower. One room's shower smelled like mold and the other shower doors would not close, leaking water, and the walls of the shower moved like they were not connected. I could hear people clearly in their rooms when i walked through the hall ways, the doors odiously were not sound proof at all. I hate to write a bad review because the consumer service was great and they gave me such great tips on the area, but i would like to be absolutely truthful here. I regret staying at this B&B.

The world's smallest country, Vatican City is dominated by St Peter's, Christendom's largest church. Michelangelo's humbling 'Pietà' and his Sistine Chapel ceiling frescos are among the world's greatest works of art.
