“Superb Stay”
We managed to get a last minute deal for our honeymoon, we had never stayed at this hotel before but we will certainly stay again. The hotel is All Inclusive, the meal and snack times are often enough that there is no chance of going hungry at this hotel. The meals catered for everyone we had no problems with finding something and we had no complaints, in fact we thoroughly enjoyed meal times we have the waistlines to prove it. The drinks included in the AI package are not prodominently local brands we were suprised to see smirnoff was included and my husband was over the moon to see brugal also included. I would also recommended the hotels sangria and sex on the beach cocktail, they are amazing! The room was spotless, very comfortable and a good size. The staff were very friendly, spoke very good English and always willing to help. All in all I have an extremely good view of this hotel the only slightly negative thing I have to say is the lifts are slow, we were on the 10th floor and we could be waiting upto 5 minutes for a lift and if there was more than 4 people in the lift the overload alarm would come on and you would have to eject from the lift. A big thank you to Sandos Monaco hotel staff for making our honeymoon all the more special!
“Lovely hotel and staff”
Just spent 7 nights at the Sandos Monaco Hotel and Spa. Had a wonderful time. I booked a room for single occupancy and this had a double bed whic was great. The room was nicely decorated and is as seen in the hotel photographs. The shower in the bathroom was powerful and luxuriant, and the room had a balcony with a nice view of the outside swimming pool. I mentioned to the hotel reception that I only had one english speaking channel on my tv. By the time I had left reception and taken the lift up to my room a maintenance man was already there to fix the problem. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The range and quality of food was amazing. The gym was small but great. It had everything that you need for a full intense workout although they could provide a more varied selection of handweights, but this is a minor issue. The spa circuit was also fantastic. As for the hotel evening entertainment, what can I say... More variety is required. I appreciate that when we stayed the majority of the guests were well in to their mature years however I'm sure not everyone enjoys bingo every single night as there were some nights when after the bingo many people jumped up to dance the night away to modern popular music.
