“Christmas at the Deiplomatic”

Staff always had a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble. They really made an effort for Christmas and decorated the hotel beautifully. The bar prices were very reasonable so encouraged people to stay in the hotel and drink rather than venturing out because they felt ripped off.

“Good all round hotel”

I found this hotel to be consistently good right across the board. The location is particularly good, with the hotel being just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the old part of town (its little lanes are worth exploring). The food is varied and of a good quality, the rooms are comfortable, and there is entertainment on most nights. The only real negative is that the pools are on the small side - although the hotel is close enough to the beach for this to not be a big problem. This hotel attracts a rather more Spanish clientele than some of the other hotels in the area.

“good benidorm hotel”

Great hotel in great central location. Only negative was the pillows & beds seemed a little hard & uncomrotable
