Property Amenities
Guests can enjoy use of a 21-metre pool and 10-metre kidney-shaped children's pool bordered by a sunbathing lawn and gardens. There is also a tennis court (surcharge) with floodlighting for night play.

Luna Olympus has One Bedroom Apartments and Two Bedroom Apartments, all with bathroom with shower over bath, air-conditioning, kitchenette with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, safety deposit boxes, TV and furnished balcony, some with marina view.
The T2 are double bedded in the master bedroom and twin bedded in the second room. Sofa bed allows for one adult or two children.
The rooms are spread across 9 floors, serviced with 2 lifts.

Marina Beach is 400 metres from the hotel and Falésia Beach is 700 metres from the hotel. In summer, beach chairs, sun shades and water-sports equipment, including personal watercraft, kayaks, and windsurfers, can be hired from independent operators on the beaches.
A complimentary shuttle service is provided to all four golf courses located within the 5,000-acre Vilamoura development and to another course, Vila Sol.
Other recreational facilities within Vilamoura include a sports complex, equestrian centre, shooting club, tennis centre, lawn-bowling green, and jogging, hiking, and bicycle trails.

“don't believe them...!!”
yeah it's a bit dated...but Vilamoura is as a place. For the money the hotel is FANTASTIC value. Massive, very clean rooms. Big balcony, M/wave, Fridge, Cooker all work. Fantastic buffet breakfast eat what you like. Great, friendly staff, underground parking. No problems or issues. you will not be disappointed!
“Great affordable place to stay”
We stayed in two separate apartments at Luna Olympus, both were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a little poorly equipped with just a microwave and a hob and no washing up equipment but otherwise was a very nice place to say. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very well located, about 10mins walk to the beach and about 5mins to the marina.
“A great place to stay”
We only stayed at the Olympus 1 night this trip but if we go back to the Algarve we will certainly stay there longer.It was a brilliant location for the Marina in Vilamora. Ideal if you dont have transport. The room was excellent, very clean & comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor & had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, unfortunatley we were not high enough for a view of the Marina. We didnt have any problems with noise from the street.If we were therelonger we would try & get a room with a view of the marina.
“Loved the Room, Loved the Location”
Apartment was very spacious, very clean, modern and well equipped. Bedroom and sitting room had views towards the Marina and a long balcony -rooms were light and bright. The Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent location: the Marina is on the doorstep (1 min) with a nice selection of restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques. Supermarket is close by and bus/coach stop approx. 4 mins away. Great place to tour from as is central. Stayed here for 4 nights for a break-away and had a very pleasant, relaxing stay.
“Highly Recommended”
The hotel room was very big and clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were available 24hours a day. We had a room at the rear which was quiet and overlooked the pool and tennis court. The hotel is well located a short distance from the Marina and beach but not too near to be affected by the evening noise. The only downfall is that there wasn't anyhting for children apart from a small pool. It could do with a small playground.
“Great hotel”
This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Olympus Hotel, and it was a s good as the first time. Very friendly, helpful staff. The facilities were all we could ask for with a fantastic choice for breakfast.

couldnt fault anything here - apart from could have done with air con as it tended to get hot very early meaning i couldnt sleep off my hangover.
“perfect location in vilamoura”
stayed at olympus sun club over christmas with my wife and two young children. apartment was huge with modern decor and was very clean. located 100mts from marina, with dozens of shops and restaurants all around. we found staff to be extremely polite and helpful, ensuring we had a very pleasant stay, and would definately go back.

The apartment room is large with a sofa and a dining table at the other end of the room with a seperate bedroom.
“Fantastic rooms and location”
Before we left we weren't sure how people were raving about the rooms but saying the hotel looked dated, now we do. The room was huge, modern and very clean. But the reception area was not in the same style as the rooms which would explain people saying it's dated. The biggest dissapointment was the lack of facilities, the swimming pool was good but there wasn't a games room to speak of- only an outdoor pool table. We did have fun in the tennis court though. The location was excellent, a minute walk accross the road took us right to the Marina and the beach was a five minute walk away. If you have a car there are plenty of places to go. This was an excellent hotel for a budget getaway and we had a great time (apart from a slight problem with our flights) and would consider using this hotel again.
