“Excellent Hotel”

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful although they did close rather early. The rooms were spacious, yet homely and cleaned everyday! The location was a good 10 mins walk from a shop but if your'e looking for a quiet, relaxed place to stay, then this is it. Another location bonus was the fact that the beach was a mere 5 minutes away. Overall I had a really good time, would almost certainly go back!

“A place to chill out!”

The hotel was lovely and quiet during the day which was ideal for chilling out. It was a short walk from the beach. However,it was tiring walking back up from the beach with so many steps. The beautiful beach made up for it though. Lovely places to eat especially a beautiful restaurant on the beach where you can watch the sea as you eat your dinner. The people are so friendly and the bar in the hotel was fantastic for cocktails. A great holiday would definitly recommend you see for yourself.

“Lovely location out of the touristy town”

Hotel was lovely with clean pool and rooms. The best thing about it however was that you walked out of the hotel carpark and down a few steps and you were on a beautiful beach, not as touristy as some of the other ones. Beautiful scenery and if you walked further along an amazing restaurant with gorgeous reasonably priced food right on the sea front. A word of warning - our balcony overlooked the pool - which was beautiful - BUT you could end up with a balcony that overlooks the car park - not so pretty! All in all an excellent holiday.

“Defenatley return”

Excelent hotel with excelent location. Would return there with out a doubt. Short walk from beach, shops and restaurants makes it ideal location. The only problem we had was the fact it was not 24hr reception so as we were checking out early lost our deposit for keys. However this is something that you can avoid!

“Beach only down a few steps!”

Albufeira was few euros away (1-2miles). The beach is a minute away and very clean. So you can make a decision to go there whenever you want. It has all the kitchen appliances so you keep you expendature to a minimum. there is a minisupermarket 2 min walk or a supermarket 5min walk. Try and catch a taxi on the main road towards Albufeira to keep the taxi meter low. There is a decent restaurant on the main road called Duarte, while there are heap loads in Albufeira. The in-house pools looks amazing at night from the apartment which is very inviting for a late night dip. Beds are changed every other day. No sat Tv but there is one in the reception if you don't like the sun. Cashpoints are wasy to find but changing euros i found difficult without going to Albufeira.

“EXCELLENT PRIVATE HOTEL LOVELY GARDENS AND NEAREST TO BEACH I HAVE SEEN”

Lovely private hotel never crowded well kept gardens, right on the beach via the stone steps and the beach is the prettiest in the area after exploring surrounding beaches. Staff exceptional although only there 9-6, but will help you with anything you need. Really spacious - room number 7, view over pool lounge with dining area, full kitchen even has a washing machine small hallway and large bathroom. Twin beds which can be put together for a double, and sofa bed in lounge. Lots of storage space and safe. Two pools just big enough and very clean. Housekeeping great - towels changed beds made floors swept. Only went self catering as a solo traveller and never felt intimidated in hotel or town even on the strip where bars and clubs were. The hotel is so quiet and hidden away from people making their way to beach. Don't normally go to a place twice but would definitely be going there again. Rooms styled in traditional way do not expect contemporary plush 5 star, but that's what made it so nice you knew you were in Portugal, some 5 star rooms are all the same and you could be in the UK (except for weather) very quaint accommodation. All in all a great time had, relaxing and friendly polite staff. Nothing going on here as in entertainment or restaurant but plenty of choices within walking distance. Not really for children

“Relaxing Holiday”

If you want to have a really peaceful holiday,but still be close to the night life this is a great little hotel. The rooms were clean and serviced regularly, the beds were extremley comfortable, in fact my girlfriend had the best nights sleep she's ever had in hotels. The beach just out side the hotel down a narrow path with a few steps is one of the sandiest in the algarve, and it's got a great little Bar/Restaurant right on it. The Pool and gardens are clean and extremely pretty to look at if your lucky enough to get a balcony that looks out on to them. It is popular with the portugese and germans etc, but never got crowded round the pool area. The reception shuts at 6pm and the bar at 11pm, but your near enough to the bars and clubs if you want a night out.

“Lovely apartments”

These apartments have great amenities for their 2 star rating. Especially nice because the kitchen and dining area area are in seperate rooms from your bedroom which I haven't found in other 2 star apartments. Great location near the beach, restaurants and shops and area is quiet and peaceful. A very relaxing holiday. Take a kettle though as they do not provide one and boling water on the hob was time consuming!

“Lovely hotel”

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was lovely, big and spacious, and the pool was excellent with the beach a two minute walk away. I would not recommend it for people who want a holiday going out clubbing in the evening, however as Albufeira was a walk and a taxi ride away and taxis were not that frequent. But for a relaxing beach holiday with nice meals out it was perfect. Our only grip was the maid service, they only changed our sheets once (after the first night) and didn't change one bed at all as a suitcase was on it! (We also had two single beds which was a pity)

“Would go back again”

Good location, right next to the beach and a nice area to stay in. Not far from the main restaurants and bars. Would recommend to hire a car and see places around the algarve. The hotel was very nice. It is basic and all you need really. It is quite and a pleasant place to stay. Might need to bring your own towels and a little kettle though. More suited to couples and those who want a quite and relaxing holiday.
