Belmar Spa has 7 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include massages, facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. This beachfront spa is equipped with a sauna and Turkish bath/hammam.
Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa.

“Great new Resort”
Wife and I (mid-20's) stayed at the Belmar for 4 days in Sept. 2011. It's in a newer part of Lagos, near some fairly well-off neighborhoods, so very safe and quiet. The resort is a 1 minute walk from Porto do Mos, which was one of the best beaches we visited all week - beautiful sand, rock cliffs, surfers, and a fantastic restaurant (Antonio's) on the beach. You can see the beach from most rooms and some of the pools at the resort - perfect for watching sunsets. The resort itself is brand new, opened in summer 2011. Our room had never even been used, so it was pristine. The rooms are really well furnished and decorated - very modern/posh. Since it was the off-season it was extremely quiet at the resort, less than 10 rooms occupied, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were incredibly nice, and got to know us by name within a couple days - we had some great conversations with them about the area, the resort, and Portugal in general. We also got massages (there was a half-price deal) at the Belmar Spa, which was a nice touch. We ate at the restaurant for breakfasts and one dinner - it was slightly better than your typical resort fare, but better food and value can always be found outside of any resort. Every aspect of the resort was just perfectly presented and polished - from the staff, to the rooms, to the spa, to the pools, it really was an incredible resort. If we ever make it back to Portugal, I know exactly where we'll be staying!
“Fabulous stay”
We stayed in the 3 bedroom appt which was of a very high quality. The staff could not do enough for you. The hotel and spa were very clean. There were four pools one indoor which were all a great size. We did not try the restaurant but it looked very nice.
