“Highly Recommended”
We booked this holiday only a week before departure and were highly impressed with the hotel complex. There is so much there that we did not have the time to sample everything, but what we did find was a very clean room with everything we needed, a staff that were highly attentive, friendly and efficient and excellent surroundings. There was plenty of room to relax around the pools, with no shortage of sunbeds. Car parking is adjacent to the hotel and is free. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and although Expedia don't have it available yet for next year, I have spoken to the management and provisionally booked a studio for next year.
“Good value”
The hotel is intended more for long term stays as it has a kitchen. Good value, great pools!

“Our Lagos Hideaway.”
Really happy to have returned again this year. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday again and to be honest, will do our best to return again next year. The Aqualuz has everything we need and want. It is popular, but not overcrowded. The staff are really friendly and will respond quickly to any request. Lagos town is only a 10 minute walk away and there are many first class restaurants offering varied, reasonably priced and excellent food. Beaches are also close by and some of the best I have ever visited. We would and do recommend both the location and hotel to anyone who asks.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartmentos Lagos. We booked the trip last minute and got what we felt was a very reasonable rate. I must admit that I personally didn't have particularly high expectations for the Hotel, I was expecting a fairly average experience. However, what we actually experienced was outstanding. When we were parking outside first impressions were that it looked a little tired. But, as soon as we received the exceptionally warm welcome at the reception and began exploring we realised that the inside is a lot more pleasant than the external appearance would have you believe. The room was very pleasant, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Gym is superb as are the four swimming pools. Location wise the Hotel I feel is perfectly situated, about five minutes stroll from the town centre which is great to dip in to if the mood takes you but I would imagine in peak season it gets very hectic, so we relished the peaceful haven at the Aqualuz. The only slight negative we could say is that all the comments about the hard beds are correct, you have been warned!

I would recommend this hotel. It is spotless and has a great pool area and fitness suite. It is close to the beach and old town is within a short walk.
“Amazing Aqualuz”
Just got back from what my wife and I considered one of the best holidays we have had. As we both work in the Hospitality industry for some 30 years, I would say that we have a good eye for detail and what is value for money. The standards at the Aqualuz Hotel are very very good, where nothing is too much trouble, right from the Management to the lovely women who service the rooms daily. We had stayed at the same Hotel seven years ago, and found it then a superb place, but now....even better!! The Hotel is built in a quiet residential area, where it is a lovely walk to the main town, and has some really good facilities near by, along with some good and value for money restaurants. We stayed on a Self Catering basis, and found it ideal for our needs, however if you wanted to stay bed and breakfast or full board the food and service seemed very good. We are definitely going to go back again next year, and will be using expedia to assist us getting there. Cant wait to be there once again and will have to make do with looking at the photos to get me through dull Winter.
“Perfect place”
I read a few reviews before booking and only found one bad point and I can see why. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms very spacious clean and comfortable and has a local supermarket within 1 min walk and the town centre is about 10mins. I would recommend this place to others, very pleased with it!
“excellent hotel”
The hotel / appartment was well worth it ... the hotel automatically upgraded to a pool view ...wthout requesting ...which was nice of them. Room / balconey spotless ...staff always willing to help or suggest restraunts. Can't fault the place ... (recomended through web site trip advisor) ...would def go back that time of year. Relativly quite for mid sept, Quite at the pool at all times ...very nice 4 pools and gym. (Games room and other extras). Apprently the hotlis very busy in August with spanish and italians.
