“can't wait to go back”

I got impressed with the hotel complex. Love the swimming pool area and the beach entrance from the hotel. The Bungalo, where I stay was very basic- but had everything I needed for a beach holidays. Would go back any time!

“not impressed with self catering accommodation as presented, in need of modernisation and refurbishm”

Very disappointed with accommodation. Advert on Expedia website did not match reality. Images on website show hotel and bungalows but not the high rise accommodation that was allocated to us (not suitable for the elderly because of no elevator). Decor, fittings and equipment were unacceptable: fridge rusting and drumming next to the bed, no kettle, minimal facilities for self catering, no facilities for drying towels and this is a beach resort! Complaints regarding the above misrepresentation were met by the manager two days later and we were upgraded free of charge to a bungalow as per the image of the website. Bungalow although clean was still very dated and equipment for self catering very meagre. Positive point the hotel is very near the beach the beach, in a quiet location and the room cleaning service was good.
