Great Hotel away from the busy beach.Posted 13/11/2013
Pros: Staff and very friendly. Great private resort.
Cons: Room needs a touch up here and there. Small tiles missing in shower and shower head needs to be tightened.
Location: 5min drive or 15min walk to station 1 & 2, where there are many places to eat/drink, shop, party or simply relax on beach.
The whole resort is fantastic. Great for those who like to play golf. Facilities are great e.g. Zip line, buggy cars, private beach etc. however internet can only be used in certain areas of resort. Lift service every 30min to and from the mall up to 10pm at night is great. Tri-cycle back only 100 peso for all you late nighters. Staff and security are fantastic. They are so friendly and happy to help at any time of the day. Transfers available at a charge or a tri-cycle from port to hotel approx. 150 peso. Overall great private resort for those who want to relax and be away from the busy main drag.

Cons: Take out the expensive fees. This will invite more consumers to go in the hotel. Check rooms too for any leaks to prevent flooding.
Location: The location is amazing. Take the van to go to D'Mall if you need to buy what you need or food that is cheaper compared to hotel prices.
The hotel staff is accommodating and have a good customer service. The room is fine however, we do have some leaks from upstairs in the restroom. The shower water is either hot in 2 minutes and turns cold in another 2 minutes but never mixed. Hotel facilities always have an expensive fee like fitness room, sauna, and Jacuzzi that turns off the consumers.

Very quiet and relaxing placePosted 17/09/2013
Pros: The private beach is amazing relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the white beach. Very friendly staff.
Cons: We didn't have any working lamps and the one of the two spotlights went so the room was a bit on the dark side. Should ensure bulbs never run out.
Location: Free shuttles to the main beach and supermarkets. Very short journey so the distance is not a problem. Local beach is very relaxing quiet!
All the staff are very friendly and helpful, are always willingly to help.

An Honest ReviewPosted 14/08/2013
Pros: The Staff!
Cons: Read above.
Location: nothing near by, take the shuttle (10 minutes) to D'Mall (downtown commercial area)
For the Philippines, this resort is considered super nice. For Americans or Europeans, this is considered 3 star. The grounds are nice, and the staff is super hospitable and accommodating. They upgraded us to a suite once they found out we owned a travel agency! The shuttle takes you around grounds an to the commercial center. There are two restaurants. La Terraza was nice (all outdoors) but half the menu items were unavailable. Also had this problem at the breakfast buffet when no food was available 30 minutes before closing. Check out the beach cove for an evening BBQ, wifi in the lobby and sometimes were able to catch it in the room (Villa Catalina). Great place for golfing. Great value with private beachPosted 08/08/2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel staff arrived on time to pick us up from the airport. The pros to this hotel were that it has a pool, free Wi-Fi, standard size rooms, golf course(fee required), nice breakfast buffet/ restaurant, the view, and proximity to beach and local tourist shopping spots. The hotel charges a small fee to travel to the touristy area, but it’s well worth it for safety. Overall worth every penny!

Great place for families in BoracayPosted 25/06/2013
Pros: 3 beautiful swimming pools. There is a new lobby area near the main gate that is beautiful. Beautiful golf course.
Cons: Dinner in the restaurant is not great. Much better food that is cheaper in the D'Mall area where the hotel shuttle drops you off.
Location: A bit out of the way but if you're looking for a clean, safe, family friendly place its a great option.
Beautiful and clean luxury resort. Its a bit far away from the action of Boracay but they do have an hourly shuttle to take you there. The resort is very large so its a bit far to walk from your room to the beach but they do have golf carts driving around that sometimes pick you up.
