“Great Budget Stay”

We got a great deal on this hotel, so we were pleased with the experience. We got off the ferry at 10pm and walked to the hotel. it was easy to find and there were signs pointing us along. it was about a 15 minutes walk from the port. the hotel was fine. we could hear people in the other room when we were outside of our room....they were loud for a little while. also, the lift was a little bit scary to take, it looked like it could break down any second, so I took the stairs, but my husband used it the whole time. we walked to the beach and around the city. the location was pretty good. if we got a great deal again, we would stay here. it was fine-nothing special, but couldn't beat the price.

“Car parking come-on misleading”

Staff nice, well trained. Issues though: (1) advertised with parking - misleading!!! Car park only holds 5 cars - after which it's sauve qui peut - we cruised Ajaccio. (2) Air conditioning non-existent: we complained that our room's air-con was soaking the carpet with dripping water - solution: moved us to another room with no dripping but no air-con either, just a fan. (3)Room advertised with "Garden" view - well, yes, you could see a garden - but 95% of view blocked by tower blocks. VERDICT - somewhere more salubrious next time.

“Not impressed.”

The room was very small, with two single beds (I had asked for a double bed), which were most uncomfortable (as was the pillow, bedding, etc.). The bathroom was ugly and minimalist.
