“Stay Somewhere else!!!”

The room was not ready by check in time, when checked in the carpet was wet and the room had a horrible mould smell. The Pool, full of band aids and hair. Hot spa, yeah right!!! Stone cold. Check in staff on the defense straight up because of the flood of complaints by other customers. One night here was one night too many. Trust me for the money you can find much better accomodation in the area. Basically I blame the lack of cleaning, and check in staff with really poor customer focus.

“Nice stay in Glenelg”

Apart from the minimal reception service, the apartment was very comfortable with a great bed. It had a full kitchen, including a full-sized fridge. It is well-located just out of the busiest part of Glenelg but easy walking from the tram stop and very close to the beach. Glenelg is a good location for getting into Adelaide city - about 20 mins on the tram which are safe and regular. Just don't expect hotel services as it is really an apartment block so you don't get room services [bed-making, towel changing etc] unless it is specifically paid for. I didn't see a laundry but there is a minimal gym and the pool, spa, etc looked pretty good.
