"Well, the room we had 928 on 9th floor. Air conditioner had a really strong smell of feces, so strong like sewer. We notified reception like 4 times. Person came to check but bad smell remains. So they were having some pipe problems so some were being changed but smell so bad. Finally they moved us to 1028 10th floor and once again issues came up, sink was clogged up and head shower 🚿 was missing, so when I turned on water splash all over."

"Es un gran hotel donde prácticamente no hay forma de gastar más, salvo el Spa. Están renovando elevadores y la alberca tiene mucho cloro, si playa es pequeña pero con muy poco oleaje lo que la hace muy cómoda, y no hay vendedores molestando, además de tener bar a pie de playa (entre otros)"

"remembering sitting across the bay in a different hotel asking my self what placed was that i looked into it i a did a reservation, not knowing much about it when we got there we were amazed and fall in love instantly with this placed its like you let yourself go into it and forget about everything the staff amazing !!!! can't wait to go back"

"I didn't like the fact that one of two elevators was always breaking down,we got stuck inside one time. we were afraid to use them didn't know when they would stop working , had to pay extra for parking, also had to pay for umbrellas service the hotel had service but it was extra where is the savings the gym was an embarrassment to the hotel the equipment wasn't working properly ,the only seat was ripped from the seat,the weights were from the 70s old and rusted it seems that they install them and forgot about them I will never recommend this hotel"

"Got food poisoning, hotel is not as advertised-it’s old and not well maintained, staff was rude, check out time was not communicated properly, room was missing all towels at arrival, unable to sleep due to loud music outside of room until 6am every night, air conditioner was not working properly and made loud noise, room toilet leaking water on floor, used eyelash stuck on mirror in the room’s bathroom, rude towel pick-up/return staff, food was not good and caused me to have food poisoning and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics, pools were overcrowded and dirty, activities and amenities not well explained, did not feel overall welcome at all…horrible experience all together."
