The exterior looked a little dated in the pictures, but once on the property I was very pleased. The room rate was unbeatable and the room was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. The Mirage Club pool area was perfect for relaxing. Without a doubt I will stay there on my next trip.

Very attractive, confortable and clean hotel, with good location and good price. Customer Service was good. People was kind and friendly. Only minor thing I would say is that it needs a little more info. available, if one doesn't ask, there were no pamphlets or map/guide available. The rooms are very clean, and the bed are so comfortable. I love that has a swimming pool just for adults with a beautiful view and very clean. Over all I rate this hotel for the price with A- or 95 points out of 100.

“Great place, friedly staff, amazing bay views!”

I rented three rooms for myself and some relatives. We got rooms in the 20th floor and all of them had an amazing view! The staff was friendly, the rooms were carefully cleaned every day, the food was great, there were pools both for adults and for kids... My 7-year cousin had a great time swimming in the pools and enjoyed the facilities a lot! I had been to this property before and it has clearly been remodeled and the service is much better. Having visited Acapulco for years, I could hardly think of a better option in the Golden Zone. It is a fun place to be and -most importantly- you will get a lot out of your money! It is not a 5-star hotel, but you will hardly have a complaint service-wise!

“Very satisfied on all points.”

We had a 4 day stay at the hotel in january, including breakfasts. Everything was as expected. Mostly the service wich is excelent at all levels. As advertised, all rooms have ocean view and are quite comfortable and clean, room service is efficient. Bathroom was well maintained, including the bath/shower. Breakfast (buffet style) was excelent. Bar service at the club and beach was also efficient and fast. All in all a very good stay.

On arrival staff was very helpfull and preasant. Hotel is very clean and room as very comfortable. Area is very nice and there are many nice restaurants to eat. Staff in swiming pool area is also very pleasant and helpfull. This stay was very relaxing and enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would recomend this hotel without any problems. Just be carefull with the vendors out of the pool areas.

“Wonderful hotel”

Beautiful hotel in very good condition. The location is amazing, right by shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and on the beach. Our two boys shared a double room and it was great. We booked a junior suite but woudn't be necessary unless you want 3 in the room because the 2 double bed room was very spacious. Ocean views are spectacular. The city is lovely. Don't do the parasail on the beach. They dropped my son in the water twice as winds weren't strong enough. They should have known this before going and not taken our money. It was a very dangerous situation and they completely igoroed our concerns. Breakfast buffet was expensive so if it's a deal with the room, book it. My husband loved the breakfast at the hotel but we hadn't booked it with the room so it became very pricey. I would definitely go back.

“very clean”

The hotel was very clean compared to others in the same zone. The staff was very friendly and always seemed like they wanted to help you. Another thing that i really liked about this hotel is that it had a lot of security in the day and especially at night. I would definately stay here again. One tip, if you are going to stay at this hotel reserve it for your whole stay because once at the hotel the price triples and becomes way too expensive

“Will definitely go back!”

This hotel is very nice and clean. Our rooms were supposed to be ready at 1pm and lobby offered them at 9am (no cost) because we got there early. The beds are kind of stiff and hard but I was so tired I slept all the way, but beware of the hard beds. The rest was a very pleasant hotel stay , prepare to pay 64 pesos (like 5dlls) for 30 min of wi-fi (hour and all day also available at extra charge) The access to the beach is amazing and pools are awesome ! So enjoy ,the location is very convenient!
