EN EL ÁREA DE LA PLAYA SON INSUFICIENTES LAS SOMBRILLAS Y SILLAS O CAMASTROS, Y COBRAN (AL PARECER SON LOS MISMOS DEL HOTEL, LO CULA NO ES JUSTO), EN EL ÁREA DE LA ALBERCA LA GENTE TIRA BASURA (CUBREBOCAS, BOTELLAS, ETC,) DEBERÍAN COLOCAR CESTOS DE BASURA O BARRER, EN LE ÁREA DE SANITARIOS NO HAY AGUA EN LA TAZA DEL BAÑO, FALTA ASEO NO SON NADA ATENTOS EN RECEPCIÓN AL RECIBIR NI A LA ENTREGA DE LA HABITACIÓN

I was so happy to have the staffs help! I was traveling alone. They helped me with everything down to my ride back to airport! The restaurant staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the food and drinks! Cheers and thank u all!!

Habitaciones con vistas increibles

El hotel esta muy limpio, comodo y hasta moderno. La atencion del personal de limpieza muy bueno. La vista desde las habitaciones increible. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que tardan muchisimo para hacer el check in y el check out, hasta parecen burocratas los del personal administrativo. Todo lo demas excelente.

Not recommended.

The staff (receptionists) are very unhelpfully. They couldn't even store our luggage after check out. Had to pay to the security guard in the end to store them in his private booth. Also no towels can be borrowed (even with hefty deposit of 25Eur+ for 2 towels) after check out. The balcony has a nice view to the beach, but no chaira or other furniture. Besides the view from the balcony the other plis point is Ivan from the reception. He is the only helpful staff we encountered. But his helpfulness is always overruled by his bosses.

Buena experiencia pero no la mejor.

El Hotel BNow Acapulco es en verdad el hotel del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores del Seguro Social, que fue remodelado por una empresa privada. Es un establecimiento agradable, con instalaciones buenas y servicio agradable. Sus habitaciones son cómodas aunque les hace falta algunas cosas como sillas, mesas, contactos de electricidad y otros. Si necesitas un lugar donde quedarte por la noche y estar seguro, esta es tu opción, sin embargo, si buscas amenidades y comodidades dentro del hotel, es mejor buscar otro lugar. Ideal para parejas y familias. El restaurante es bueno pero los empleados no se dan abasto.

El GPS marca lugar diferente al que se encuentra y con el nuevo nombre nadie conoce el hotel ,y la reservación no la tenían registrado ,y el precio que ustedes me dieron no incluía el costo de estacionamiento ,la alberca presenta daños visibles

Amazing View

The View was spectacular , beach front pool and restaurant were a plus. I felt safe. My room was loud at night since theres a club next door but eventually dies out. The television and wi-fi worked great, Would stay here again if I get the chance.

Hotel remodelado, con vistas al mar hermosas, comida en restaurante a buen precio, medidas anticovid buenas al inicio.Blancos en buen estado.Buen internet aunque no se ven videos del mismo.No me gustó el check out, es un caos total, media hora o mas para poder hacerlo.Personal revisa tu habitación antes de hacer check out pero en mi caso no avisó a recepción que ya lo habian hecho y 3 veces me pidieron revisar antes de poder hacer mi check out, esto atrasa aún mas el proceso. Filas enormes para check out sin sana distancia.Por esta razón no volveria a hospedarme aqui.Personal en recepción lentísimo. Para check in igual tardaron mas de 40 minutos con sólo una persona antes de mi.Recepción no tienen capacitación en cuanto a amabilidad.Aforo al 100 en plena pandemia
