“Value for money”

The hotel isn't located in the best of areas as it is quite far from the city center, although it's perfect if you are there for events at Yas Marina. However, I stayed there because for the price I got it would get me a shady hotel in the city center and it's cheaper to travel back and forth which takes around 20 to 25 minutes.

Getting around

It's best to get your own car and a GPS device.

“A really nice hotel”

This is a really nice hotel on yas island. It's not a holiday hotel but if you need to be in abu dhabi for a few nights it has everything you need even a lovely pool. The price is very reasonable too. I had a car so I don't know how you would get into abu dhabi without one as it's 20 minutes out of town, but I'm sure they have a shuttle into the centre. The room was good and the food surprisingly pleasant. The only thing I would say is that they obviously have temp staff when it's busy and they spoke absolutely NO English at all so I'm not sure why they were sent to the tables. All in all a great little hotel.

“Not what I ordered”

I booked a double room for two people and ended up in a single room which was a bit larger than the regular but it was not comfortable and I did not enjoy my stay there.

“Great value and location”

A little busy but the staff was very friendly and efficient. The first room they put us in was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled so strong we asked for another room which they promptly provided. The room was very nice and efficient. Very beautiful. Comfortable. The pool and breakfast buffet were great. It did not have a hot tub which we would have enjoyed. But we enjoyed this hotel very much.

Area recommendations

Southwest area. Much newer and better hotels and restaurants.

“Good Hotel”

The hotel is very clean, good facilities, and a lot of fun activities to the kids. It is close to Abu Dhabi Ferrari World and airport. However, it is quite far away from the downtown. Very friendly hotel staff. There is no concierge service. You have to carry all your luggage to your hotel room. The restaurants are very limited.

Getting around

No Public transportation is available however, inexpensive safe taxis are available 24 hours a day.

Shopping

You will need to hire a taxi or rent a car to go to downtown Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Family-friendly activities

Ferrari World is just nearby. The whole family can have a great time in Ferrari World.

“Great!”

It was a great relaxing, quiet stay at the Yas Centro. All rooms had complimentary wireless internet as well as internet in the lobby. The fitness center is well equipment with all your basic needs and pool is beautiful. The location is about 15 to 20 mins from city center. I would recommend others to stay here.
