Special Check-In Instructions

Guests staying in Beach Rotana Suites should check in at that location, 150 meters from the main hotel entrance, on the other side of the Abu Dhabi Mall Complex.
Directions to hotel drop-off area: Take the 1st right immediately before the traffic lights leading to the main entrance of the Abu Dhabi Mall. Drive straight to the far end to reach the Beach Rotana Suites drop-off area.
Directions to hotel parking: Drive past the Abu Dhabi Mall, and take the 2nd right, leading to mall parking. At the end of the slope, turn right. Take the 2nd right, and follow signs to Beach Rotana Suites to get to the Basement Level One car park, opposite the entrance.
Airport shuttle service is available from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AED 125 per person/trip) and from Dubai International Airport (AED 450 per person/trip). Guests must provide the hotel with flight details at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

“Amazing value for money”

Really impressed with this hotel. Beautiful service, food, pool, and of course room (huge shower head!!). Very very happy to recommend.

Area recommendations

Would also recommend you visit the Emirates Palace Hotel and do the 4WD Safari over sanddunes. Dinner not impressive but very exciting hitting the dunes and visiing the camel park.

“The Best!”

I loved this hotel! I am a world traveler and have stayed in so many nice hotels I can't remember them all. But this hotel will stay in my mind and I even wrote a note to the General Manager saying so. Everything was perfect. The room, the amazing service, the huge beautiful pool, the big flat screen TV. It was even next to a beautiful mall.

“Ok but not so good organized”

The big problem was when we arrived, it was a confusion with our room even if we had booked a long time earlier. We didn't det twin beds which we had requested. The restaurants were fully booked many evenings, difficult to get a table. Pool area, and gym were very good

“Already been back!”

My wife and I stayed here for only one night recently on a business trip to Abu Dhabi. We were SO impressed, that my wife has since returned to Abu Dhabi again last week and has chosen to stay here again on 2 other trips since our first. Her impression of the Hotel after now having stayed here on 3 separate visits has not changed. Our ONLY criticism of this Hotel is that the service is flawless in all departments except for the front reception desk to check in and check out. This is so common though!! I find this to be a common flaw in Hotels all over the World. Why is it that Hotels have excess staff in all departments except for the front desk? The waiting time to be served at the front desk at this particular Hotel is the one bad taste of a stay here. Hoteliers; get your acts together and increase the size and staffing levels of your front desk operations!! Not good enough.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel was fantastic, we booked through Expedia and asked for a room with a balcony and a view of the sea, everything was just what we asked for. the room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. we ordered an ice bucket every day to keep our wine cool, nothing was ever too much for the staff. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel.

It was extremely hot in Sept so we tended to go to shopping malls, the one connected to the hotel was good but The Marina Mall was better. We also visited The Cultual Centre which was rather good.

“Best Punjabi Food”

We enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Indigo restaurant. It was the last day of their Punjabi Food Festival. All of the dishes were very good but the "saag" along with "makai ki roti", "makhan" and gurgh were absolutelt great. A lot of memories came back as the food taste was very homely and we had such great tasting food after a long time. Would surely go back just for this lunch again. Rooms are now a bit aged and need renovation.

“Nice for not alot of money”

The Beach Rotana is a beautiful hotel! The room (single king) was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and service is excellent. My only issue about the hotel is that they charge a pretty steep rate for internet service - I haven't stayed at any others in Abu Dhabi, so I have no idea if their rate is close to the "norm" or not. If I ever go back to Abu Dhabi, I will stay at this hotel.

“Beach Rotana”

I would stay in the main Rotana and not the apartments next time because of the location getting to the beach. Always great service and good restaurants at the Rotana. Perfect for families.
