"The staff goes literally above and beyond for theirs customers. We even get back to book a room for a few hours before our flight in the night because we needed some rest. We were sure they would take good care of us. (Which they did). Anna was simply amazing."

The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites. "
