"The room was clean and spacious, the lights were confusing, but the luggage storage was nice with automatic lights. The beds were fine, not comfortable but we've had worse, the pillows were very dense or very empty, no mid-point. The wifi is on a network anyone can access which we didn't love. The TV looked like it can access some apps but doesn't actually work for that. TV service went down our last night and didn't come back up before we checked out. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we recognize they are working to build up their customer base. Last suggestion would be to offer room service at 3 nights, if we're paying a service fee per night it should be an option to elect for towel change over at least. They were very response for when we texted for something, and called a taxi for us on check-out."
