"I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Neuss while traveling from the U.S., and overall the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a decent selection each morning. Those were definitely the highlights. That said, the hotel itself felt a bit janky and worn down, and the rooms did not feel particularly clean or well-kept.
