"This is the second time we've stayed at this property Last time we found the apartment dark and run down and very noisy from the pool However the location was good so we decided to give it another try but in a superior room with balcony and hot tub. The rooms were an improvement on the last time but could still do with some TLC It actually had two balconies,one above up a staircase which had the hot tub and sun loungers.. However the apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift broke down on 3 occasions I am over 80 with arthritis in my spine and had to climb 64 steps each time This was just not acceptable The staff are very.nice but not available between midday and 5pm Our main impression is that the whole complex needs cleaning and updating."
