During this authentic small-group experience, you will take part in the preparation of traditional Dalmatian bread, helping prepare the dough and place the bread under the peka while learning about a method that has been passed down through generations. As the bread slowly bakes, discover fascinating stories about Dalmatian rural life, traditional cooking methods, and the local ingredients that have shaped the gastronomy of the Zadar region.
Please arrive at the experience location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. To ensure a personal and relaxed atmosphere, the experience is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
While waiting for the bread to bake, enjoy a tasting of the famous Zadar Maraschino liqueur and learn about its history and connection to local culture and traditions.
