What you can expect

After being picked up from your hotel, we start our tour on the Seafront Promenade, taking in the most famous attractions in the city – from the Sea Organ to the Greeting to the Sun.

Then, we continue to the Roman Forum Square, Church of St. Donatus and the Romanesque Cathedral of St. Anastasia. You can enjoy a Maraschino liquor tasting in one of the oldest cafes in Zadar, situated on the People’s Square. You will also visit the Museum of Ancient Glass, where you can see the glass blowing in action. Finally, enjoy some free time in Zadar before we depart for Nin.

As you travel to Nin, a local guide will give you a rundown of the town’s most interesting stories. We’ll pass through the City Gates, and follow a small street to the parish Church of St. Anselm and Forum Square, where the largest Roman temple once stood on the eastern coast of the Adriatic.

Just a short walk away is the Church of Holy Cross, considered the world’s smallest cathedral with a monument to Gregory of Nin. Rub his big toe for good luck. Sightseeing in Nin finishes at the Nin Saltworks, where we will take you through the storey behind the salt.
