What you can expect

  • Why choose Haarlem for your next adventure?

This city is a hidden gem packed with beauty, secret courtyards, and narrow streets leading to hidden places. Haarlem stands out with its rich history, including knightly orders and a brewery inside a cathedral!

Our journey starts at Haarlem's beautiful train station. We'll explore street sculptures, greet historical figures, and venture into picturesque courtyards to learn about Haarlem's spirit of charity and community. We'll admire mansions of wealthy merchants turned into museums, shops, and cafes. Visit the old weight chamber, cathedrals, and learn about the Knights Hospitallers' legacy.

Discover Haarlem's influence on New York's Harlem, explore the local Red Light District, and marvel at the market square's architecture, where Mozart and Mendelssohn once played.

If it's Saturday, we'll stroll through the vibrant market, sampling cheese and herring. Optionally, we can visit a windmill or a church-turned-brewery.

This personal tour is tailored to your interests, whether it's Dutch history, economy, traditions, innovations, cuisine, art, or social projects. You'll leave with a deep understanding of the Netherlands and its people.
