Discover the old town of Würzburg in a very special way – with history, enjoyment, and a glass of wine in your hand. This two-hour city tour combines exciting historical insights with the Franconian way of life and a real highlight: a small, stylish wine tasting in the middle of the Old Main Bridge.
We start in the Old Town and embark on an entertaining walk through the most beautiful squares and alleys of Würzburg. You will learn more about the baroque Falkenhaus, the Oberer and Unterer Markt, the Neumünster, and the imposing cathedral – always spiced up with interesting anecdotes and local insider tips. The hidden Lusamgärtchen with its special atmosphere is also on our route.
The highlight awaits us on the Old Main Bridge – with its incomparable view of the Main, the Marienberg Fortress, and the vineyards. During the tour, we will taste three selected Franconian wines, each 0.1 litres (e.g., Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, or Domina). This is how history comes to life and becomes tangible – with a glass in hand and thrilling narration.
