Then, you will enjoy a tasting of 3 local wines: you will start by observing the wine's colour, which reveals a lot about its storey, from the type of grape to the production method. Move on to the aroma analysis, where notes of fruit, spices and elements typical of the Tuscan territory emerge.

Finally, taste each of the wines and understand their tasting notes and unique flavour; bread and local EVO oil will serve as pairings for the wines. You will learn to appreciate the balance, structure and persistence of each wine, providing a complete view of its quality.
