What you can expect

Terre Rosse Vallania is a historic winery that put down its roots in the Bolognese hills in 1964.
The founder, Enrico Vallania, ran the company for forty years. Later, a young man named Enrico, who had cultivated a strong passion for this world since childhood, took over the business, reviving it and turning it into a tourist, social, and experiential hub dedicated to good wine.
Our vineyards produce a range of whites and reds, including Pignoletto, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Merlot.
We'll take you on a journey to discover our company, the wine cellars, and the secrets behind the production of our pignoletto.
Afterwards, we'll taste 3 of our reserve wines, paired with a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and tigelle (vegetarian option available upon reservation).
