Do you want to discover the popular wines of Cordoba? You are in the right place. Our best sommeliers are proud to show you our Montilla Moriles wines and explain how is the process of this wines creation. You will taste wines made from the grape Pedro Ximénez, the most of them, a very versatile fruit that brings wines like tinaja, fino, oloroso, amontillado, px sweet wine… Some of them with 15+ years of maduration. The sommelier will introduce you the wineries that make those wines and how they make it. Also you will learn about their organoleptic characteristics, the different grapes treatment to obtain the products and advices of pairing them.
In this activity, we pair the wines with some kinds of local artisian cheese that will conquer your palate.
And thats not all, you will learn an ancient “art” called “Venencia” that is a way to serve the wine, or the vermouth in this case, directly from the barrel to the glass.
