It was in 1905 that the first litres of wine were produced by Mr. Grégoire Fritz.
In the 1950s, the Fritz estate was under the management of Mr. René Fritz, who continued the tradition and developed the vineyard. In 1993, his daughter Catherine Fritz and her husband Bernard Schmitt took over and created the Fritz-Schmitt estate. Their children are joining the family business one by one. It is the blend of all these personalities that allows us today to produce authentic wines with character.

We invite you to immerse yourself in the heart of this storey through sublime pairings of wines and chocolates, expressing the full power of our terroir and our expertise.

You will enjoy 4 wines and 4 chocolates at the estate, in our food tasting cellar. We will guide you on the suitability of the pairings made, and on other possible pairings!
