Her practice brings together over 20 years of body work, herbalism & yoga to help support individuals navigate their own personal journeys. Depart pontoon on the West pier, Howth Arrive @ Ireland’s Eye Yoga, meditation and breathwork followed by ‘sea dip’ Collection from island Arrive back at West pier in Howth Enjoy lunch in The Bloody Stream, Howth village What to bring - yoga mat, water and if partaking in a sea dip - swimming gear and a towel.
