Enjoy the calm and serene setting on the South Shore of the island, from the water, as you take part in a stand up paddle board yoga class. Meet your instructor at Kahala Bay early in the morning on a crowd-free and calm hidden gem beach just a 15 minute drive south of Waikiki.
Learn how to paddle and receive a brief introduction to stand up paddle board yoga before taking your board out onto the water. The board will be anchored about waist deep. Find your bliss as you start the class with an opening meditation and begin a full vinyasa practice followed by a restorative savasana.
Make the most of your time at the end of the class by trying some more advanced poses and capture this special experience by taking a few photos. The class will end with an open paddle to take full advantage of the beautiful ocean waters.
