Once you have booked, and it is confirmed by our team, we will meet you at your place of stay at the indicated time. We will quickly explain to you how the electric cargo bike works, and off you go!

Rental departure times are 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Drop-off times are 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Please note that in the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes in returning your electric cargo bike, fees will be charged.

When returning it, you will need to check the bike and its condition with our team member.

• The length of your bike is 205cm
