Day 1: Departure → El Jem → Matmata → Douz

Your first stop will take you back to the heart of the Roman Empire: the El Djem Amphitheatre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will impress you with its monumental architecture and its exceptionally well-preserved condition. Explore its galleries and tiers while capturing unique photos.
Lunch (≈ 1 hour)
Journey to Matmata (≈ 2 hours 50 minutes)
Matmata: Cave Dwellings and Local Life (≈ 2 hours)
On the way to Matmata, amid the lunar landscapes of southern Tunisia, you will visit an authentic troglodyte house that is over 500 years old and still inhabited. A sensory and human experience awaits you:
