What you can expect

Let Charlotte, a specialist chocologist certified in chocolate tasting, guide you through this 90-minute workshop in the heart of Versailles.

First, you will discover the fascinating world of cocoa, from its harvest to its transformation into chocolate, and learn what gives a good chocolate its subtlety and aromas.
Then you'll be introduced to “bean to bar,” an ethical approach that brings out the best in the taste of chocolate.
Finally, you will learn the tasting methodology through a guided tasting of 5 bars.
