The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards, where, starting with an explanation of Valpolicella’s winemaking traditions, we will introduce the main stages of our grape production, including an overview of organic farming, and then proceed to the winemaking facilities. We will conclude the tour with a visit to the barrel cellar, where our wines are aged. After the tour, we will sit down for a comparative tasting, where we will compare two types of Valpolicella Superiore and two Amaroni della Valpolicella, before concluding with the sweet Recioto della Valpolicella. The tasting will be accompanied by samples of cured meats, cheeses, and other typical products.
