What you can expect

  • If you are curious to learn how to prepare tortellini, you have to try this cooking class. Here is Mamma Ivana who teaches you the tricks of the trade. The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini.
    Tortellini are stuffed with meat and served with butter and sage. You'll learn all the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta with a special machine, how the meat filling is made, and how to create the perfect Love Knot.
    After the lesson, you can sit down and enjoy your tortellini + water + glass of wine + homemade Sbrisolona tart as a dessert.
