We will also visit the fascinating Temple of Minerva, a precious relic from the Roman era.
The experience will culminate at a traditional winery with a guided tasting of three wines that are emblematic of the region: Valpolicella Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore, and the full-bodied Amarone.
