What you can expect

The experience is a private visit, led by a member of the Borghetti family, who will accompany you to discover the history of the estate, the production philosophy and the winemaking methods.
The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the property and continues with a visit to the winery, where you can see the areas dedicated to drying the grapes, a distinctive element of the Valpolicella Classica tradition.
The visit ends with a guided tasting of five wines in our historic 17th-century barrel cellar, a unique setting that tells the storey of centuries of history and passion:
