The itinerary begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the property, to take in the Valpolicella landscape and understand the origin of the wines. It continues with a visit to the cellar, with a particular focus on the areas dedicated to drying the grapes, a distinctive element of the area and a key step for some of the most iconic labels.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of five wines in the charming 17th-century barrel cellar, a space full of charm that tells the storey of centuries of passion and hard work:
