You will walk along ancient paths, admire the unspoiled natural surroundings, and learn about the construction of the walls that demarcate the fields.

During the 2-hour hike in the Itria Valley, you will learn how to build dry stone walls and enjoy a tasting of selected wines and open sandwiches made with local products.
